Aqui esta a checklist do 737-300/400/500 foi feito com base nos manuais da boeing e nos manuais feito pela wilco, foi reeditada por mim e aqui esta uma check list completa com os precedimentos iguais aos procedimentos reais.

uso e recomendo ;P

~• Safety Inspection – Flight Deck~
Change your view back to 2D(or VC) panel, make sure your coffee is still there, and check the following items:

Logbook (Aircraft & Cabin)……………………………………………………..CHECK
Verify maintenance status is acceptable for flight and ensure agreement
with authorized dispatch deviations, if required. ( in case you are a VA member )
Battery Switch………………………………………………………………………………… ..ON
Verify guard down.
Standby Power Switch………………………………………………………………AUTO
DC Meter Selector…………………………………………………………………………..BAT
Check voltmeter at least 23V DC and ammeter zero.
Electric Hydraulic Pump Switches…………………………………………………..OFF
Landing Gear Lever……………………………………………………………………DOWN

Your first officer should have arrived by now, give him a warm welcome and lets continue our checks

~• Establish Electrical Power And Air Conditioning~

Battery Condition………………………………………………………………..CHECKED
A minimum of 23V is required for APU start.
APU Bleed Air Switch……………………………………………………………………..OFF
APU Switch……………………….MOMENTARY START, RELEASE TO ON
Check the LOW OIL PRESSURE light illuminated and check a full
scale negative deflection on the DC ammeter.
Check the LOW OIL PRESSURE light extinguished. Monitor EGT.
APU Generator…………………………………………………………………..ON BUSSES
When the APU GEN OFF BUS light illuminates, move the APU Generator Bus
switches to ON. Verify BUS OFF SOURCE OFF lights extinguish.

There are some side notes on this procedure, APU needs positive fuel pressure to function well, so select L MAIN PUMPS on

Ok, everything ok by now? Now that our APU is on, we need some air conditioning for our pax, how many times do we hear annoyed pax complaining about no AC. Lets accomplish the following procedure:

APU…………………………………………………………………………………… ON BUSSES
APU generator connected to busses.
Cabin Temperature Selectors………………………………………………………AUTO
Set for desired temperature( preferred 25-26 C)
Isolation Valve Switch………………………………………………….. AUTO
APU Bleed Air Switch……………………………………………………………………….ON
Left or Right Air Conditioning Pack Switch……………………………………………………………AUTO or HIGH

For either heating or cooling, operating one pack in AUTO mode should do the trick, your pax can now feel the air flowing and they start to relax. Smiley

~• Flight Deck Inspection ~

In real life this checklist is long and painfully boring, here we just check our position lights are on, and that our publications are onboard ( charts, checklists, manuals, soda etc ) Smiley

~• Receiving Aircraft Procedure/Checklist ~

After accomplishing everything i have just written, this procedure will start when you are sure you want to make this flight, and you will not leave the cockpit Smiley. Check gear and lever down(3 green, lever down and locked), engine reverse lights are off, and that your coffee is hot. Let us begin then

IRS Selectors……………………………………………………………………………… ….NAV

Move IRS mode selector from OFF through ALIGN to NAV. Observe the ON DC lights momentarily illuminate during self test. Observe the
white IRS ALIGN lights illuminate after ten seconds indicating start of alignment. After ten minutes of successful alignment, the IRS
automatically enters NAV mode.

FMC IDENT Page…………………………………………………………………………SELECT

Verify that current NAV DATA(AIRAC 0907 for us) is selected.

Present Position……………………………………………………………………..ENTER

Ensure that IRS’s are in NAV and both ALIGN lights are illuminated.

Select POS INIT on our FMC/CDU, enter the ICAO airport identifier into REF AIRPORT (2L), check no warnings on scratchpad( like SET IRS POS(HDG)

Fuel System (Flow)………………………………………………………………CHECKED

Verify the crossfeed selector is closed and the VALVE OPEN light is extinguished.

Main Tank Fuel Pumps:
Verify main tank fuel pump switches are ON, and their respective pump LOW PRESSURE lights are extinguished.
Center Tank Fuel Pumps:
If fuel quantity exceeds 1,000 lbs., verify center tank fuel pump switches are ON, and their respective pump LOW PRESSURE lights are extinguished.

Galley Power (Flow)………………………………………………………………………….ON
Emergency Exit Lights (Flow)………………………………………………….CAPPED
No Smoking Sign (Flow)……………………………………………………………………ON
The no smoking sign will remain ON for all flights
Seat Belt Sign (Flow)……………………………………………………………………….OFF
Window Heat (Flow)…………………………………………………………………………ON
Pitot Heat (Flow)……………………………………………………………..OFF
Anti-Ice (Flow)………………………………………………………………………………..OFF
Hydraulics……………………………………………………………………CHECKED, ON
Position System A and B hydraulic pump switches to the ON position.
Air Conditioning & Pressurization…………………………………………………..SET
Move the air temperature selector to SUPPLY DUCT(DUCTS for some operators)
Place the control and passenger cabin temperature controls to AUTO.
Verify that RECIRC FAN switch(es) are ON.
Check L or R pack on( we already did that, pax thank us )
Check the isolation valve switch in the AUTO position, both engine bleed air switches on, APU bleed air switch ON,recirculating fan switch in AUTO.

Now we move below to pressurization, this part of preflight is extremly important, so make sure you always do this procedure:

The proposed cruise altitude should be set into the FLT ALT selector.
Destination field elevation should be set into the LAND ALT selector.
Two hundred feet below destination field elevation should be set into the
CABIN ALT selector (if installed). ( example LAND ALT has been entered 310, CABIN ALT=110)

Exterior Lights (Flow)…………………………………………………(AS REQUIRED)
Position lights are to be ON any time there is electrical power on the aircraft. Logo lights should be operated at night below 18,000 feet.
Engine Start Ignition Select Switches (Flow)……………………………………………..IGN L or R

Done with overhead panel, lets move down a bit

EFIS Control Panel (Flow)……………………………………………….SET
Enter decision height of arrival airport, switch BARO to either IN(inches) or HPA( hectopascals). Example: QNH 1013=HPA
Click on the TFC(traffic switch) to turn it on, check EFIS mode is on MAP for departure, and that your beautiful WXR radar is off

Mode Control Panel…………………………………………………………………………SET
Ensure the autopilots are OFF; that courses, altitude, heading, and speed are set for the anticipated departure; that the bank limiter is set on 25 degrees; that flight director switches are ON with the correct MA light illuminated. When selecting a value on the MCP, ensure the corresponding display on the instrument also changes.

Altimeters & Flight Instruments……………………….SET, CHECKED
Enter local QNH( IRS must be aligned for proper indication of altitude), check airspeed 0, digital showing 45, no warning flags on the FMA

Autobrake (Flow)……………………………………………………………………………RTO
Speedbrake (Flow)………………………………………………………DOWN DETENT
Flaps & Slats (Flow)……………………………………………………….WITH GAUGE, 0
Start Levers……………………………………………………………………………..CUTO FF
Transponder………………………………………………………………………….STA NDBY, TCAS TEST
Prior to the TCAS system check, the IRS alignment must be complete.
Parking Brake…………………………………………………………………………………. SET

When all these procedures are completed, we will configure our FMC for the flight. Tutorial will unfortunately end here, if positive feedback received, i promise i will make a very nice FMC configuring tutorial to solve everyone’s problems

Thanks and enjoy!
